Sweets or chocolate including any sold as part of a pack such as the trick and treat are non-returnable or refundable.
Other Items can be returned within 14 days of despatch. Please contact us in the first instance.
In the unlikely event that any item is received damaged, this will be refunded or partially refunded based on photographic evidence of the damage to the original packaging and dependant on the extent of the damage to the item itself a refund will be agreed.
